Summer food adventures in New York City

After a long drawn out Winter and unseasonably cold, wet Spring in London, it’s really nice to be experiencing Summer in sunny, warm New York City.  New York City, known as the Big Apple and for being a vibrant cosmopolitan city that never sleeps, is a very special place for me as the Food for Thought concept was born here.  The food scene, in common with London, is a curious foodie’s paradise.  The artisan producers, farmers’ markets and restaurants provide both locals and tourists alike with a diverse array of food that is exceptional in quality and taste.
